1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Treda ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Treda. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Services
Treda provides virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS OTPs and a marketplace for trading gift cards for Nigerian Naira (NGN). Services are provided "as is" and availability may vary.
4. Wallet & Payments
Funds added to your Treda wallet are non-refundable except in cases of documented platform error. Withdrawals are processed to verified bank accounts only. Minimum withdrawal amount and processing times apply as stated in the platform.
5. Gift Card Trading
Gift card values are assessed at prevailing rates at time of submission. Rates are subject to change without notice. Treda reserves the right to decline any trade that cannot be verified or is suspected to involve fraudulent activity.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Treda for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or bypassing security measures of third-party platforms in violation of their terms. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance where applicable.
7. Account Termination
Treda reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Treda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount in your wallet at the time of the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
