1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Treda ("Treda", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use our virtual number, wallet funding/withdrawal, and gift card trading services.

2. Personal Data We Collect

We collect account/profile data (such as full name, email, phone number, country, city, and optional referral code), authentication data (login/session information through Supabase Auth and OAuth providers), financial and transaction data (wallet funding/withdrawal records, bank account details you provide, references, transaction status, and amounts), user content and submissions (gift card trade submissions and related metadata), and technical data (IP address, browser/device information, and security logs).

3. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data to create and manage your account, provide platform features, process payments and withdrawals, verify account and payment details, prevent fraud and abuse, provide customer support, send service and security notices, maintain records for audit/accounting/compliance, and improve service reliability and performance.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell personal data. We share personal data only where needed to operate the service, including with Supabase (hosting, database, authentication), Korapay and Paystack (payment processing and account verification), and Google (when you choose Google sign-in). We may also share information with regulators, law enforcement, advisors, or successors where required by law, legal process, fraud investigation, or business transfer.

5. Security Measures

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, and secured cloud infrastructure. No method of storage or transmission is fully risk-free, and you are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies and session technologies required for authentication, security, and core platform functionality. We do not use advertising cookies to sell data. Disabling essential cookies may limit features or prevent login.

7. Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward where needed for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, tax, accounting, or security purposes. Financial and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years, or longer where required by law.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. You may also request account deletion. We may ask you to verify identity before fulfilling requests. Contact support@treda.pro and we will respond within 30 days where legally required.

9. Account and Data Deletion

If you created a Treda account, you can request deletion from within the app (Settings > Support > Account Deletion) or outside the app by visiting our Data Deletion page at /data/deletion. When deletion is approved, we delete or anonymize personal data tied to your account, except data we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.

10. Children and Age Restrictions

Treda is not directed to children and is only intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor provided data, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.

11. International Processing

Your data may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we implement contractual and technical safeguards designed to protect personal data during cross-border processing.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating this page and, where appropriate, through email or in-app notice. Continued use after updates means the revised policy applies.
